   DONETSTET LTD is committed to delivering high-quality mobile application development services. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refund
   Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the service delivery date.
   Refunds are applicable if the service provided does not match the agreed-upon specifications or if there are significant defects in the deliverables.
   Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind, dissatisfaction due to miscommunication, or changes in project scope that were not initially agreed upon.

3. Process for Refund Request
   All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@codealchemy.email, detailing the reasons for the request and any supporting evidence.
   Upon receipt of a refund request, we will conduct an investigation to assess the validity of the claim.
   You will be notified of the outcome of the investigation within 14 days of the request.

4. Resolution and Refund
   If a refund is approved, we will offer to rectify the issue within a specified period. If the issue cannot be rectified, a full or partial refund may be issued.
   Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the refund approval and will be credited to the original method of payment.

5. Exclusions
   No refunds will be given for any third-party services or products procured by DONETSTET LTD on behalf of the client.
   Refunds are not applicable for services that have been fully utilized or if the client fails to provide necessary feedback, information, or resources for the completion of the project.

6. Limitations
   DONETSTET LTD's liability for any claims shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.
   This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

7. Amendments to Refund Policy
   DONETSTET LTD reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
